Advanced Waterproof Construction
We apply high-frequency welding, seam sealing and other specialized construction methods according to product requirements. These techniques help strengthen seam integrity and improve protection in critical areas exposed to water and mechanical stress.
Waterproof & Environmental Performance
We engineer fabrics, coatings and construction according to defined performance requirements, balancing hydrostatic resistance, durability, flexibility and comfort. Where applicable, we can support specifications such as 10,000mm+ hydrostatic resistance, cold-crack resistance and DMF-free or PFC-free material and finishing options.
Performance Testing & Validation
Our testing and quality-control processes support validation of key waterproof and durability characteristics, including hydrostatic pressure resistance, seam and pull strength, and material performance. Results provide technical feedback for material selection and construction refinement before bulk production.
