1999

In 1999,Mr. Song Tao founded Shijiazhuang 3S Economic Consulting Co., Ltd. and began to carry out foreign trade business.

2004

In 2004, the company was renamed 3S Textile & Apparel Shijiazhuang Co., Ltd. officially conducting independent foreign trade: specializing in the production and sales of various baby and children's clothing, outdoor clothing, leisure clothing, work clothes, and labor protection clothing

2008

In 2008, the company was renamed 3S IMPORT & EXPORT SHIJIAZHUANG CO.,LTD. The foreign trade export business began to shift from a single clothing category to multiple categories. At the same time, it acted as an agent for the import and export of various commodities and technologies such as knitted wear, woven wear, baby wear,solar panel. The products were exported to more than 30 countries and regions in Europe and America, such as the United States, Italy, Chile, Czech Republic, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark.

2013

In 2013, the company's export value exceeded 10 million US dollars and established cooperative relationships with many well-known European and American brands. The company's organizational structure has undergone significant adjustments, with personnel management shifting from flat management to a pyramid style management.

2015-2018

From 2015 to 2018, with the continuous expansion of business scale and personnel, and the addition of many new business modules, the company upgraded to a group nature. During the same period, the office location was relocated to the 5A level office building, Haiyue International, in the CBD commercial center of our city. At this stage, the Foreign Trade Division has entered an accelerated development stage, with the personnel size doubling.

2019-2022

In the current epidemic situation, many industries and companies have been severely affected. With a solid business and customer base, 3S's performance has not declined, but has continued to grow vigorously. Driven by market and customer demand, it has quickly seized the incremental market, and its annual sales have reached a new high in previous years, achieving over 300 million yuan.

2023

In 2023, a series of contents aimed at employee training and career development, including strategic planning, talent cultivation, and performance system, have all been improved. This year, the Foreign Trade Business Unit continues to recruit personnel and work together with all employees to move towards a brilliant future

2024

In 2024, to support our production in Bangladesh, we set up a subsidiary in Hong Kong, BLUMEN INTERNATIONAL CO LIMITED, which is located at Unit 1405A 14/F，The Belgian Bank Building, Nos. 721-725 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon
