We select insulation, shell fabrics, lining materials and functional finishes according to the performance requirements of each product. Depending on the program, we can support material solutions designed for thermal retention, moisture resistance, durability and weight reduction, with applicable bluesign® approved materials and PFC-free finishes available
where required.
-Thermal Performance Testing & Validation
Our testing capabilities support product development and performance validation across relevant thermal and physical properties. Depending on product requirements, testing may include down leakage, insulation loft and recovery, thermal resistance (CLO), dimensional stability and construction durability. Test results provide technical feedback for material selection and construction refinement before bulk production.
