We apply seam sealing, laser welding and other technical construction methods according to product requirements to enhance weather protection and construction integrity while maintaining mobility and garment comfort.
Weather Protection & Material Engineering
We select and engineer fabrics, membranes and functional finishes according to defined performance requirements, balancing waterproof protection, wind resistance, breathability and abrasion resistance. Where applicable, we can work with bluesign® APPROVED materials and PFC-free water-repellent finishes.
Performance Testing & Validation
Our testing capabilities support product development and performance validation across key areas, including hydrostatic pressure resistance, breathability (MVTR) and abrasion resistance.
