3S Textile&Apparel belongs to 3S Import&Export Shijiazhuang Co.,ltd , was established in 1998 and is located in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province in China.  Our company is ISO9001, OEKO-TEX I/II , BSCI and WRAP certificated. 

We specialize in the production of rainwear, outdoor apparel, fashion clothing, children's clothing, workwear and safety clothing, to name a few.

Our products are exported all over the world. Our most important markets are Europe and North America. Our turnover in 2018 amounted to ＄30 million.

We have our own research and development department and a team of professional designers waiting for you to make our customers' dream clothes come true. We have stable factories. Our company has two factories in China that have been audited by BSCI and SMETA, as well as factories in Bangladesh, Vietnam and India.

To expand our business, we opened our subsidiary S&Y Splendor GmbH in Germany in 2017. The main goal of S&Y is to improve our market presence in the European Union and win OEM/ODM orders.

In 2023, two more branches were opened with 3S IMPORT & EXPORT ZHENGDING CO., LTD. and 3S APPAREL TRADING SHIJIAZHUANG CO., LTD. Now 3S is moving forward, our steps are getting faster and bigger.
